A one hour slow flow vinyasa yoga session taught by Sarah B Lowe. We provide you with an even stretch through the entire body. This vinyasa flow will focus on breath control with the movements to strengthen you from the inside out.  Recharge with this fun and energetic breath and body movement experience that blends elements of ancient yoga, lively music, and an all around good time!  Whether you are new to yoga or if you are an avid practitioner, yoga is sure to get your creative juices flowing.      

Time: 7-8pm, doors open 30 minutes prior!


Registration: Online or In Person. Advance online sign-up will receive an auto-receipt in your email, no need to print out, you will be on the roster!
