This kids painting class in Houston features step-by-step instruction to help you learn to create a fun acrylic painting on a 16x20 stretched canvas. Sarah Lowe will guide you through creating your own version of the "Hamsa Love" painting on 16 x 20 canvas.  Bring your favorite beverages and snacks to our studio to enjoy after yoga! Time: 4-6pm, doors open 30 minutes prior!

Registration: Each person must be paid to enter, no unpaid guests allowed. Advance online sign-up only, you will receive an auto-receipt in your email, no need to print out, you will be on the roster!

Ages: 4 and up are welcome to attend

Supplied: all art materials and tools, excellent art instruction, ice, cups, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils. We use recyclable materials but you are welcome to bring your own. Complimentary, cold bottled water in every class!

Mario has been practicing yoga since his very first Ashtanga class back in 1999. His passion for yoga has lead him to discover various styles and lineages rooted in the ancient teachings from India. In 2009 he received his first 200hr. yoga certification from The Yoga Institute of Houston with Lex. This would lead him to pursue a second one with Sheryl Braun /LifePower Yoga and a third, also with LifePower under Master Teacher Jonny Kest. Mario considers himself the ever-student. Education, self/-empowerment and community building are at the heart of Mario's endeavors. His message to the world is a simple one. Yoga is the answer!
