Slow Flow Mojo offers a one hour of slow flow vinyasa yoga session, followed by a two hour alcohol inks class taught by Sarah B. Lowe. We provide you with step-by-step instructions to help you learn yoga, and create a fun alcohol ink creations on two (2) ceramic Coffee Mugs just in time for holiday gift giving .  Recharge with this fun and energetic breath and body movement experience that blends elements of ancient yoga, lively music, and an all around good time!  Whether you are new to yoga or if you are an avid practitioner, yoga is sure to get your creative juices flowing.
