Slow Flow Mojo offers a one hour of slow flow vinyasa yoga session, followed by a two hour alcohol inks class taught by Sarah B. Lowe. We provide you with step-by-step instructions to help you learn yoga, and create a fun alcohol ink creations on one (1) ceramic tile and two (2) plastic ornaments. Recharge with this fun and energetic breath and body movement experience that blends elements of ancient yoga, lively music, and an all around good time! Whether you are new to yoga or if you are an avid practitioner, yoga is sure to get your creative juices flowing.
Bring your favorite beverages and snacks to our studio to enjoy after yoga! A great, interactive social environment where no two paintings are the same! #makeityourown #artishappiness
Time: 9a-12pm, doors open 30 minutes prior!
Registration: Each person must be paid to enter, no unpaid guests allowed. Advance online sign-up only, you will receive an auto-receipt in your email, no need to print out, you will be on the roster!
Ages: All ages are welcome to attend
Supplied: all art materials and tools, excellent art instruction, ice, cups, paper plates, napkins, plastic utensils, wine openers. You are welcome to bring your own wine glass, and yoga mats to our studio. Complimentary cold bottled water in every class!
