Drawing, Sketching & Painting

If you want to take your art skills to the next level, this is the class for you. Working alongside other teen artists, you will work at your own pace on a painting or drawing of your choice. You will get to explore a variety of mediums of your choice including graphite, charcoal, color pencil, marker, paints, etc. You will work from photo references and receive guidance from a professional artist who will demonstrate new techniques while teaching time-tested principles of design that will help you understand perspective, light, shading, values, and other techniques that will help you turn your sketches into photo-realism. Whether you are looking to be an art major in college or just do art as a fun hobby, this is a great way to grow your talent. All skill levels are welcome from beginner to advanced–it doesn't matter where you are now, we will help you get to that next level!
