The Feather Fascinator Tea party allows participants to create a wearable fascinator with feathers, hot glue, ribbon, faux flowers, glitter, and tulle. Once the headband fascinator is created, the participants will have a tea party from a selection of herbal teas or hot cocoa. Bring your own themed items for table decorations. For boys attending we will purchase a fedora or a top hat for them to create on.
