This session will give an opportunity to connect with nature, slow down, drink tea and make your custom tea blend! After an intro to Ayurveda, explore ancient herbs, and use your creative energy to mix, brew and taste your personalized tea. You’ll also get to enjoy tasty Indian snacks with Roots in Harmony tea, but most of all, set the foundation for a new wellness routine.

1 reusable tote bag
6-8 individually bagged Ayurvedic herbs and spices
Empty single-use teabags
