General Policies

All camp/workshop sales are final, and no refunds will be given.

If a student is unable to attend a camp they registered for and notifies the manager within 7 days before the start of camp, the student may transfer to another week (based on availability), or receive a credit to be used for future enrollments. No-shows and last-minute cancellations will forfeit this courtesy.

Loss & Damage

Cordovan Art School is not responsible for loss or damage to any personal items that are brought into the studio (including but not limited to: cell phones, electronics, clothing, water bottles, lunch boxes, and other items).

Photo Release

Upon registration, you agree that Cordovan Art School has permission to use the student's photograph and/or artwork images in all of its publications for marketing and promotion without payment or other consideration.

  • Tuition payments for weekly classes are due on the 1st day of each month. A $20 late fee will be charged on the 8th of the month.

Dropping a Class/Stopping Auto-Payments

In order to drop a class and stop auto-payments, the manager must be notified in writing (email or message through the parent portal) that the student is dropping BEFORE tuition is charged on the 1st of the month. Refunds will not be given if the drop notice is received after the 1st of the month.

  • There are no make-up classes, pro-rated tuition, or refunds if a student is absent from a class or camp session.
  • There are no make-up classes, pro-rated tuition, or refunds for classes/camps that are canceled due to inclement weather.

Registration & Supply Fee

A registration & supply fee of $85 will be charged at the time of enrollment and renewed annually on September 1st.  This registration/supply fee applies ONLY to students who register for weekly classes. It does NOT apply to students registering for camps, workshops, or online classes.  However, it does apply to students in weekly classes who discontinue enrollment for 1 or more months and then re-enroll.
