This is a safety concern and liability for our studio. We request you find other arrangements for children under 5. For mobile events, please ensure any child 4 and under remains at a safe distance from the painting area The Art Cellar of Houston sets up, and with their parent AT ALL TIMES. The Art Cellar of Houston is not responsible for children ages 4 and under eating paint or harming themselves in our studio located at 1809 Eldridge Parkway, Suite 210, Houston, Texas 77077, or at your venue (if the event is a mobile paint party).

How to Book a Kids Art Party

We provide all art materials, aprons, water tower with hot or cold water, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, and excellent art instruction. You are welcome to bring your own items should you prefer.
Choose your class type: Pick from a variety of fun and creative classes tailored for kids or request a custom design (additional charges may apply). Class options include:
- Acrylic Paint on Canvas: Landscape or Portrait
- Acrylic Pour (The Science Experiment)
- Alcohol Inks(Kid-friendly options available)
- Watercolor Basics
- Feather Fascinators: Kids can create their own feather hairpieces or hats
- Paint on Canvas Shoes
Book your party at any time, subject to availability. Our studio doors open 30 minutes before your event for you to decorate or prepare for your guests.
We have a 10-child minimum and a 50-child maximum for all kids' parties. Below is our pricing based on the number of participants:
- Paint on Canvas, and Watercolors: $30 per child (add $10 for mobile events)
- Acrylic Pour, Paint on Glass, and Alcohol Inks: $50 per child (add $10 for mobile events)
- Feather Fascinators: $35 per child (add $10 for mobile events)
- Paint on Canvas Shoes: $55 per child for slip on canvas shoes; $80 per child for high top canvas shoes (add $10 for mobile events)

A secure pay link will be provided to the party organizer to forward to the group. At least 10 payments must be processed 10 days prior to the event to secure the chosen date and time. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED at booking.
NO REFUNDS. If the 10-child minimum is not met, you are welcome to transfer your reservation to a public class. For parties with fewer than 10 participants, pricing will be adjusted accordingly.
"Last Minute" bookings (within 10 days of the event) MUST be paid in full; NO REFUNDS.
Choose from one of our gallery paintings or request a custom design for your party at an additional charge of $50 per painting (copyright law applies).
After the Party:
- Each child takes home their unique creation as a keepsake.
- You are responsible for cleaning up food and drink messes, while we take care of all the art supplies and materials!
