Location: 1809 Eldridge Parkway, Suite 210, Houston, Texas 77077. The entrance doors to the second floor are to the left of Flippin Patties.
This acrylic pour painting class in Houston features step-by-step instructions to help you create two (2) fun acrylic poured abstract paintings on 8x10 stretched canvas. We will guide you in this "Science Experiment" to create through the flow pour method and the flip cup method. Bring your favorite beverages and snacks to our studio! A great, interactive social environment where no two paintings are the same!
Breaks are every 45 minutes, to refill and socialize.
Time: 5-7P, doors open 30 minutes prior!
Acrylic Pour Layout:
Start Time: 5 PM (advise guests to arrive by 5 PM)
Agenda:
- Show and tell of the acrylic pour process
- First canvas experiment
- 15-minute break for snacks or the food you bring
- Second canvas experiment (30-35 minutes)
- Group photo with completed paintings
- Paintings will go home with the participants
- This project requires 7 to 10 days drying time for the canvases. Each participant will go home with the tray the experiment is performed in along with a bag to protect their transportation.
Registration: Each person must be paid to enter, no unpaid guests are allowed. Advance online sign-up only, you will receive an auto-receipt in your email, no need to print it out, you will be on the roster!
Ages: 21 and up only, We ID!
Supplied: all art materials and tools, excellent art instruction, cups, plates, utensils, napkins, bottled water, and aprons.
