Yoga & Paint

Sarah Lowe, 200 hr certified yoga teacher will guide participants in a 45 minute Hatha yoga session, followed by a two hour acrylic painting class. Sarah will focus on step-by-step instructions in your yoga session to help participants connect. After the yoga session, participants will have a 15 minute break to recharge, followed by a fun acrylic painting art class on a 12x16 stretched cotton canvas.  Recharge with this fun and energetic breath and body movement experience that blends elements of ancient yoga, lively music, and an all around good time!  Whether you are new to yoga or if you are an avid practitioner, yoga is sure to get your creative juices flowing.

We have yoga mats, blocks, and bolsters to accommodate 20 participants. For more than 20 participants, please bring your own yoga gear.
