How to Book a Private Painting Party (In Our Studio)

* We supply all art materials, aprons, cups, corkscrews, ice, plates, utensils, complimentary bottled water, and excellent instruction. NOTE - We provide cups and utensils, but you are welcome to bring your own items for use should you choose.

* Choose the medium before, and the music when you arrive. Pick from one of our five mediums for your group or have us create a custom design for your party, for an additional charge of $50 per painting (copyright law applies). Painting mediums include:

* You can book at any time, subject to availability. Example times include 6-8p or 7-10pm for a night party; 1-3p or 2-5pm for a day party. Our doors open 30 minutes prior to your event for you to decorate or prep for your guests. 

*10 person minimum, 50 maximum; During Covid we have elected to work with groups of all sizes. Below includes our pricing based on number of painters attending.  

PRICING BY MEDIUM:

• Paint on Canvas, and Watercolors:
• $45 per person for in studio events more than 10 people
• $60 per person for 4 to 10 people events 
• $125 per person for 2 to 4 people events 
• Acrylic Pour, Paint on Glass, and Alcohol Inks:  
• $50 per person for in studio events more than 10 people 
• $65 per person for 4 to 10 people events 
• $125 per person for 2 to 4 people events 

* Pricing For Mobile Painting Parties: 

1. You provide us with your destination of choice
2. Pick the medium before, and the music when you arrive. 
3. You can book at any time, subject to availability.
4. During Covid we have elected to work with groups of all sizes. Pricing listed below based upon number of people painting:

• Paint on Canvas, and Watercolors:
• $55 per person for more than 10 people
• $70 per person for 4 to 10 people events 
• $125 per person for 2 to 4 people events 
• Acrylic Pour, Paint on Glass, and Alcohol Inks:  
• $60 per person for events more than 10 people
• $75 per person for 4 to 10 people events
• $125 per person for 2 to 4 people events

* Secure pay link invite provided to party organizer to forward to their group

*10 payments must be processed 10 days prior to the event to book date and time to secure the chosen date/time slot. NO DEPOSIT REQUIRED at booking. 

* NO REFUNDS. You are welcome to move your reservation to a public class if the 10 person minimum is not paid. Under 10 people please note the pricing adjusted to book our studio. 

* "Last Minute" bookings (under 10 days out) MUST BE paid in full; NO REFUNDS. 

* Choose from one of our paintings in the gallery or have us create a custom design for your party, for an additional charge of $50 per painting (copyright law applies). 

During the Class

* Painting starts when all guests arrive and are settled in

* Each guest of your painting party must be fully paid to enter 

* Bring all of the adult beverages and food you want 

After the Painting Class

* Guests go home with their own creations 

* You clean up after your food and drink mess, we clean up all the brushes and paint!
